Eligibility

  • Unboxing video (mandatory): Single-shot, no cuts

  • Must clearly show package, label, and product

  • Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused with original packaging

Not Eligible

  • No or edited video

  • Request after 24 hours

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Minor color differences

Approved requests will be processed via pickup or return instructions.
 

3. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders processed within 1–3 business days

  • No processing on Sundays/public holidays

Delivery Time

  • Typically 3–7 business days

  • Delays may occur due to external factors

Shipping Charges

  • Calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may apply during offers

Tracking

Tracking link shared via Email/SMS/WhatsApp after dispatch.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Courier unable to contact

Reshipping charges apply if order is returned.

Damaged / Missing Items

  • Must provide uncut unboxing video

  • Report within 24 hours

International Shipping

  • Available to selected countries

  • Customs duties/taxes must be paid by customer
